BIPOC Rope Jam

A space for connection, exploration, and shared experience. This jam is created to center Black, Indigenous, and People of Color within rope practice. This offering is meant to create a space where participants can engage freely, with a sense of familiarity, ease, and mutual understanding.

There will be no formal instruction for the evening. Come tie, watch, ask questions, try something new, or simply spend time in the room. Whether you’re experienced or just beginning, you’re welcome here. We recognize that people come to rope for many different reasons. This jam is not about a single way of practicing, but about making room for a range of experiences to exist alongside one another. The energy of the room is shaped by the people in it, and we invite you to help create something that feels supportive, open, and intentional.

We ask that attendees respect the intention of the space and help maintain an environment that is thoughtful, grounded, and community-oriented. If you do not identify as BIPOC, we ask that you be thoughtful about the purpose of this space and whether attending aligns with that intention.
