Ropes-giving Jam and Social

Good rope, good food, and even better company!

This November, we’re bringing a little Friendsgiving spirit to Bound Lark with Ropes-Giving, a community potluck and rope jam celebrating the connections, friendships, and shared experiences that make our community special.

Whether you’ve been part of our community for years or are jsut beginning to find your place, we invite you to gather for an evening of connection, play, and gratitude.

What’s on the menu?

  • A Community Potluck: Bring a favorite dish, snack, dessert, or something to share! Homemade or store-bought, sweet or savory, all contributions are welcome.

  • Rope & Play: Our usual open jam for tying, exploring, practicing, and connecting. Whether you are trying something new, revisiting familiar favorites, or simply enjoying the energy of the room, there’s space for you!

  • Community and Connection: Not every jam has to be about tying. Come catch up with friends, make new connections, share stories, or simply enjoy being surrounded by people who share your love of rope.

At its heart, Rope-Giving is about celebrating the community we’re building together. The friendships formed, the trust shared, the things we’ve learned from one another, and the ways we show up for each other. Come hungry, bring your rope if you’d like, and join us for a little gratitude, a little play, and whole lot of community. We’re thankful for all the people who make Bound Lark what it is, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Attendance: Open to anyone who has already been vetted. There is no prerequisite of experience or skill level, just respect, open-mindedness and courtesy towards one another and the venue.

Get vetted here ! (This process can take 1-5 weeks)
